TOMORROW: The Legislature Convenes for the 2025 General Session.
With a Freedom Caucus majority in the House, here's what to watch.
Tomorrow at noon, the Wyoming Legislature gavels in for the 2025 General Legislative Session, and for the first time, real conservatives hold a majority in the Republican-controlled House of Representatives.
We are grateful to the voters of Wyoming for sending us to Cheyenne with incredible reinforcement, and we’re eager to work alongside patriotic men and women who will put the people— not the government— first.
Due to decades of Good Old Boy control, our Capitol building has come to represent the insider cabal— lobbyists, bureaucrats, and establishment fat cats who have gained power and influence at the expense of the everyday Wyomingite.
Those days are over.
The historic sandstone building in downtown Cheyenne belongs to the people, and with WYFC control, we intend to treat it that way.
What to Expect: Week 1
We haven’t been shy about our legislative priorities. This week, you’ll see lawmakers take action on our Five and Dime plan, which promises to forward five key bills to the Senate within the first ten days of the session.
You’ll also see the House take up fifteen other prime pieces of legislation, which, combined with the priorities within the Five and Dime plan, make up what we call our 20/20 Vision. These bills will:
Repeal Gun Free Zones
Restore Transparency in State Government
Protect all Women’s Sports
Achieve Universal School Choice
Bolster Parental Rights
Protect Investors from the Woke ESG Sham
Ban Sanctuary Cities
Codify Biological Reality and Protect Women’s Spaces
Get Rid of Unattended Ballot Drop Boxes
Ban Central Bank Digital Currency
End Left Wing Lawfare
Get Smut out of Public Libraries
Enact Medical Conscience Protections
Enhance Private Property Rights
Protect Children Online
