Don't take for granted that the people that call themselves Republicans in Johnson County are actually Republicans. You guys are smart and know what your dealing with when it comes to some of these guys. But a lot of people hear that think they are "conservative", don't really have a clue. For instance, a prolific poster on the Patriot Conservatives of Johnson County facebook page refers to Mark Gordon as, "the Ron DeSantis of Wyoming". Things like that and what David Iverson did concerning the SAPA bill last year, was the last straw for me. I quit that phony bunch!
I don't think I have to bother mentioning Barry Crago and Dave Kinskey and their misrepresentation of our district. (and the people who voted for them)
Something that sticks in my craw and is a good example of what I'm concerned about is how Mark Jennings, Gun Owners of America and David Iverson, of 'Conservative Patriots of Johnson Cty',, along with many others, sabotaged and destroyed Senator Anthony Bouchard's 'Second Amendment Preservation Act' bill to protect gun owners from the Federal Government's unconstitutional overreaching gun control. It's no coincidence that when they came up with the name of the of the worthless bill that passed, it kept the same acronym....to fool people that don't pay attention. Personally, I dropped my membership to GOA, as this was the last straw with them too!
